Currently Lusting After...

CELINE PARIS T-SHIRT

CELINE GOLD ID NECKLACE

GIVENCHY ROTTWEILER T-SHIRT

DOLCE & GABBANA FALL/WINTER 2012 COLLECTION

Céline bags, necklaces and clothing has been seen recently on everyone from the Kardashians to Rihanna and even Nicole Richie. The entire line is enthrallingly simplistic, which I love because that means more classic pieces which can be interchanged within outfits. Something that isn't simplistic though, is the Givenchy Rottweiler t-shirt. I love this tee because it automatically makes your look jump out! Rawr!

Finally, I must mention the D & G Fall/Winter 2012 collection. I live for this collection- you do not understand! The Sicilian baroque romanticism, religious iconographic headwear, structured bodices, lace, ruffles and even capes! Gosh, like what's NOT in this collection? But you know what, I love it. No...I need it. I want to kiss Dolce and his Gabbana just for creating these pieces! Okay, breathe Kiersten, breathe. Anyway, I just wanted to share with you guys what I'm lusting after right now. Enjoy the rest of your Wednesday dolls!

Oversized in Grunge

Top- American Rag
Moto Jacket- Old (random boutique in Philadelphia)
Boyfriend Jeans- Wrangler (Vintage)
Boots- Forever 21
Necklace- Nasty Gal
Wristlets- Forever 21

Who knew posing on top of your car at night would be so fun?! This is just a quick post of a look I wore a few days ago. I love the oversized feeling of the outfit, which is great for those days where you're like, "I'm a pig and I just do not care at this point!" Well, maybe that's just me. Anywho, this look also gives a bit of trendiness with the high-low top and studded jacket, while still adding a tom-boy, 90's grunge feel. I told you guys my style is eclectic! Boyish to girly in less than 60 seconds. I hope you like it, or at least think it's a bit interesting. Thanks for stopping by as always, love you!

I just wanted to do a quick post on what I wore to my Aunt & Uncle's house for Thanksgiving dinner. Sorry for the poor film quality from the party pics, I was just snapping away like a crazy woman, but I had a blast! My family is HUGE so you know a lot of people came through; I was so happy spending time with my baby cousins, they're a trip! Anyway, I hope you like the look. Well I'm off to get like one hour of sleep before I head out to shop with the rest of the nation for Black Friday. Midnight Madness here I come!!! Oh, and just to let you know, a giveaway is just around the corner, so watch out for that. Until next time sunshine!

P.S Like my new hairstyle? I'm a little on the fence about it...but we shall see!

Public Service Announcement: Watch out for Caramente Clothing!

PHOTOGRAPHS COURTESY OF CARAMENTE CLOTHING LINE

Alright, so a few weekends ago I was personally invited to attend an intimate photoshoot in Delaware for Caramente Clothing. Of course I was über excited, especially since the CEO and fashion designer behind the entire line, Brianna Prescott, personally invited me. Brianna is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was nicknamed 'Caramente', which was given to her by her Nonno (grandfather in Italian), so in 2007 she used that nickname to name her brand. The whole Caramente team are all under 24 years old and are learning the fashion business hands-on while still trying to fulfill their dreams.

When I got there she informed me that they never invite outside media or people during there shoots, so I was grateful to be there. While I was there, I met the Marketing Director, Alicia Nace, and photographer Sean Dackermann. Sean is an awesome photographer who currently does photos for eveything from blogs to concerts, but he told me he hopes to do major editorial work in the future. I also met models Josh Gerczak and Sophie Reed, who you see above. Oh and ladies, Josh is an actor who looks just like Ryan Gosling! All in all, everyone was so kind I wanted to bundle them all up and bring them back to Jersey with me!

Anyway, the clothes I was seeing were casual, urban and cool all mixed up in t-shirts, jeans, denim jackets and tutus. Yes...I said tutus! I loved it! Caramente mainly produces young women’s apparel; however, it also focuses on creating one of a kind custom jean jackets, jeans, and vests for all. These jackets are produced the eco-friendly way with recycled jean material which Brianna spends hours reworking to express your own personal fashion sense.

The Caramente Line has worked with many musical artists in the Philadelphia area including Meek Mills, DJ Diamond Cuts, Gillie Tha Kid and even others like Prodigy from Mindless Behavior. You’ve also seen the Caramente Clothing brand in a few fashion shows including: Charlie Mack’s Celebrity Fashion Show, VH1’s Mama Jones Fashion Show and Von Alexandria’s Masquerade Fashion Show. Currently, Caramente Clothing is looking to expand their line to different major markets outside of Philadelphia. These markets include Miami, San Francisco and London. They are also focusing on taking the brand from urban wear, to more of a luxury Italian line for men and women.

Okay, I'm done! I just wanted you guys to know about Caramente, because they are definitely on the come up! By the way, they are always looking for more interns, models and most importantly opportunities to expand their business worldwide. Feel free to contact them via their (brand new!) website, blog, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter with any inquiries! Bye guys!

xoxo Kiersten

P.S Caramente featured me recently on their blog, so go check it out here! Oh, and there is a giveaway coming up soon with Caramente...so be on the look out dolls!

Okay, I'm just playing around in the closet. PEACE OUT DOLLS!!!!

Happy Sunday! I just wanted to post this real quick before I head to church to hang with my homie Jesus. This look is very uniform for me- throwing over a jacket or blazer over a dress/tank/top is just so easy, especially when you're self conscious about your arms, which I am! This leather blazer does just the trick. Well, I better get going...talk to you guys soon, okay?! Toodles!
